ALL City Cruises Canada locations are looking for front line crew members to join our Crew Quality Committee (CQC) for the 2025 season.
The Crew Quality Committee (CQC) aims to promote a positive workplace culture, boosts crew morale and create opportunities for crew members to engage with each other, the organization and the leadership team.
On a monthly basis, members will meet to discuss their suggestions and recommendations for improving the workplace.
The committee will determine what ideas/suggestions will be presented to the senior leadership team for consideration.
The senior leadership team will make a decision as to whether the idea/suggestion can be implemented in the workplace!
Each of our Canadian locations is looking for committee members. Our first meeting will take place in May.
