Recognize is City Cruises Canada’s Recognition platform. Crew members will be able to recognize their fellow crew members for exhibiting the RESPECT Values and/or creating amazing experiences.
The Recognize App can show crew members what recognition they have received, how many points they have and how to redeem their points for gift cards!
Logging in to Recognize
In order to be part of the Recognize platform, crew members need to accept the invitation to join. This invitation to join is sent to their cityexperiences.com email address accessible through Microsoft Outlook on their Okta Dashboard.
Once invitation to join has been accepted, crew members are ready to start recognizing their fellow crew members!
How do I access the Recognize platform?
Access the Recognize platform on a desktop computer or mobile phone:
- Desktop – login to your Okta dashboard and click on the Recognize App widget to be automatically logged in.
- Mobile device – Download the Recognize App from the Apple Store or Google Play
- enter your cityexperiences.com email into the App and your Recognize password
